Latina Rochelle Trice (Tina) entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at her home in Montpelier, Virginia.

At an early age, Tina accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Montpelier, Virginia. Tina was a graduate of Louisa County High School and continued her education in children care for two years at Piedmont Community College. She was an active member of the Usher Board, Hospitality Committee, and the Missionary Choir. Tina was employed by Tysons Food for over ten years until her health began to decline.

Tina had a passion for taking care of children and others. She was a beautiful person, inside and out. She touched the lives of those which came in contact with her and always greeted them with a smile. Tina was a very loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend with very strong family values. However, she did have a “tell it like it is” attitude and would always say I can’t apologize for telling the truth and then fall out laughing. Tina will be greatly missed.

Tina leaves to mourn her three loving children; Xavier Houchens, Alexis Joyner, and Lajeshia Joyner, and her children’s brother, J’quan Brown; a devoted Mother and Father, Florence and Willie Trice; a sister and brother, Nora Nelson (Brian) and Gerald Trice; seven aunts, Shirley Johnson, Joyce Holt, Arlean Anderson (Warren), Mary Holmes (Larry), Venus Wingfield, Sandra Trice, and Linda Trice; ten uncles, Edward Wingfield, Purcell Wingfield, David Wingfield, Steve Trice (Betsy), Rosson Trice (Virginia), David Trice, Leo Trice (Perphine), Larry Trice, Marvin Trice, and Lincoln Trice; six nieces and nephews, one devoted, Jamaal Wingfield; and a host cousins and friends, including four devoted friends, Rena Anderson, Charritta Houchens, Paul Scott, and Tiffany Thompson.
