Arlena W. Ross was born April 15,1925 to the late Randolph and Willie Ann Waller in Hanover, Virginia.

Arlena received her education in the Hanover County School System. She was employed and retired from Holly Farms (Tyson) after 25 years of service.

Arlena met and married the late Russell E. Ross. At an early age Arlena joined Union Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health begin to fail. Her favorite service of worship was Sunday School and Bible Study.

Arlena was predeceased in death by her husband Russell E. Ross, a stepson George Ross ; five brother Nathaniel, Edward, Eugene, Lorenzo and Arthur Waller. Three sisters Leatha Coles, Doris Green and Pauline Mercer.

She leaves to cherish her memories one sister Julia Shelton of Louisa VA, a step-daughter Betty Ross Fagbemi and her children, daughter Natasha and son Dixon of Washington D.C. numerous nieces and nephew.

One devoted niece Mary Coles and nephew James Waller and caregiver Beatrice Lewis and a host of relatives and friends.
