Angel Gabriel Aquino Rosario

Angel “Tato” Aquino Rosario expiró el 1ro de enero de 2024, mientras estaba rodeado de sus hijas, nietos y esposa, la cual tuvo la oportunidad de despedirlo mientras acariciaba su pecho.
Angel nació en Caimito, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico; el segundo de cinco hijos. Le precedieron en su muerte sus padres, Esteban “Bile” Aquino y Cruz Rosario, y dos hermanos, Aida Luz Aquino Rosario y Jesús Manuel Aquino Rosario. Sus otros dos hermanos, Víctor Aquino Rosario y Cruz María Aquino Rosario continúan honrando en vida los recuerdos de su hermano después de su fallecimiento.
Durante su infancia, Ángel desarrolló una bonita relación con su abuela y su mamá, quienes les enseñaron el significado de perseverar, la humildad y como ayudar a los demás. Ángel se dedicó a la construcción, instalando y puliendo pisos de terrazo, disfrutaba compartir su conocimiento y entrenar a los demás. Fue un valiente protector que cuidaba de todos alrededor de él; ayudó a quienes más lo necesitaban, defendiendo a los menos afortunados. Como ávido lector, se esforzó por aprender todo sobre la vida y compartir sus conocimientos con quienes estuvieran dispuestos a escuchar. En su inmenso deseo de aprender sobre la vida espiritual, Ángel leyó la Biblia en seis diferentes ocasiones.

Ángel será recordado para siempre por su esposa y mejor amiga de 51 años, Georgina Matos O’Farrill. Transmitió su amor y siempre será recordado por sus cinco hijos Ángel “Junior” Gabriel Aquino Pedraza, Jesús “Tati” Gabriel Aquino Pedraza, Awilda Aquino, Evelyn Aquino y Mónica Aquino. También deja atrás para apreciar su amoroso recuerdo a 21 nietos, 7 bisnietos, numerosos sobrinos, primos, familiares y amigos.

Ángel transfirió su pasión por el cielo, las estrellas y las aves a sus hijos y nietos. Sería injusto hablar de Tato sin hablar de su amor por los gallos. Fue un gallero de corazón. Su familia recordará a Tato a través del canto de los gallos cada amanecer.

Siempre recordaremos su humildad, sencillez, sonrisa traviesa y la forma en que brillaban sus ojos cada vez que veía a su familia. ¡Tato no te decimos adiós, sino hasta pronto!

As, Angel “Tato” Aquino Rosario shared his last breath on January 1, 2024, he was surrounded by his loving daughters, grandchildren and wife, with her hand on his chest as they said their last goodbye.

Angel was born in Caimito, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico as second born of five children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Esteban “Bile” Aquino and Cruz Rosario, and two siblings, Aida Luz Aquino Rosario and Jesus Manuel Aquino Rosario. His other siblings, Victor Aquino Rosario and Cruz Maria Aquino Rosario continue to celebrate his life after his passing.

During his childhood, Angel developed a loving relationship with his grandmother and mother, who taught him the meaning of resilience, perseverance, humility and caring for others. Angel dedicated his professional life to construction, where he installed and maintained tiled flooring and prided himself in mentoring others. He was a courageous protector who cared for those in his neighborhood; he helped those who needed it the most and defended the defenseless. As an avid reader, he strived to learn all about life and share his knowledge to those willing to listen. In his immense desire to learn more about spirituality, he read the bible from front to back six different times in his lifetime.

Angel will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend of 51 years, Georgina Matos O’Farrill. He passed his love and will always be remembered by his five children Angel “Junior” Gabriel Aquino Pedraza, Jesus “Tati” Gabriel Aquino Pedraza, Awilda Aquino, Evelyn Aquino and Monica Aquino. He also leaves behind to cherish his loving memory to 21 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.

Angel passed down his love for sky and bird watching with his children and grandchildren. It would be unjust to speak about Tato without speaking for his love of roosters. He was a “Gallero” at heart. His family will remember Tato through the roosters crowing in the early morning.

We will always remember his humility, kindness, mischievous smile and the way his eyes glowed whenever he saw his family. Tato, this is not goodbye, but a see you soon!
