Willett Beatrice R. Davis entered into eternal life on September 28, 2021 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was born on August 19, 1953 and is predeceased by her parents, Willie E. Brown, Jr. and Mildred Louise Campbell. Beatrice was affectionately known to her family and friends as “Bea Bea”. Beatrice accepted Christ at an early age at Salem Baptist Church in Jersey, Virginia and later in life moved her membership to the Little Ark Baptist Church in Owens, Virginia where she was an active member until she became disabled and homebound. She was educated in the King George County School system. Also, prior to her disability, Beatrice was employed as a telemarketer for many years and on her personal time was known to keep family and friends on the phone for hours. She was an avid reader, a collector of many things, a huge football fanatic and was the number one fan of the Washington Redskins. In addition, Beatrice wrote daily devotionals on her social media page with her last and final entry dated September 23, 2021. Beatrice is survived by her son, Herman Robinson, a step-son, Rashid Abdul Jalal, her brothers Randolph Campbell, David A. Campbell (Tracy), Terry L. Campbell (Stella) and Lawrence Carr, Jr., her aunts Geraldine Robinson and Nancy Myers, her uncles Woodford Robinson (Lorraine), Aubrey Brown (Virginia) and a great uncle, Robert Holmes. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of long-time friends, and most importantly, her devoted pet bird of 30 plus years, “Smokey”. |
