Mary (Mae) Louise Dandridge, 78, of King William, Virginia passed away peacefully on March 26, 2020. She was born to the late Clinton Sr. and Jeannette Hill on March 18, 1942. Mary received her education through Enfield School in King William, Virginia. She joined Oak Grove Baptist Church in King William, Virginia at an early age. She retired from Hanover County Public Schools, and then she became a caregiver for several families. Mary enjoyed playing cards, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers Clinton Hill Jr., Arthur Hill Sr., and Linwood Hill; a son, Alexander Dandridge Jr.; and a daughter-in-law, Sandy Hill; all of King William, Virginia. She leaves to cherish her memories five children, Therman (Otis) Hill, Carl Dandridge Sr., Alvis Dandridge, Debbie Dandridge, and Angela Dandridge all of King William. Virginia; nine grandchildren, Tenea Hardy(Mike), Sharnica Hill, Chiquita Hill, Carl Dandridge Jr., Jessica Dandridge, Rachelle Dandridge, Anissa Hill, Lynn Smith Jr., and India Dandridge; five great-grandchildren, E’Maya Walker, Dashaun Hardy, Mal-aki Banks, Keshaun Butler, and Zarren Dandridge. She is also survived by two siblings, Elwood Hill of Richmond, Virginia and Vivian Roane of King William, Virginia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, devoted, Edith Morrow, Clemetine Wilkerson, and Julia Johnson, friends, devoted, Alexander Dandridge, Rita Anderson, and Rachal Dandridge; and a special grand-dog, Jake. |
