Timothy G. Edd-Lewis departed this life on October 5, 2018. Timothy or T.C. as he was affectionately known, was born on December 5, 1981 to his military parents Timothy C. Lewis and Ginger Ed in Dallas, Texas. During his childhood they moved to Virginia where they made their home in Richmond, Va.
T.C. started his education at Spotsylvania Elementary School and completed his education in Richmond where they resided. He joined the Pilgrim Journey Baptist Church in Richmond and was baptized at age twelve.
After graduating from Hermitage High School, he joined the United States Air Force and served his country for four years. Continuing his education he graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in Dallas, Texas where he received his Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. While living in Richmond he was employed with Fed Ex and later with FEMA and the Army Corp. of Engineers while working the relief efforts of hurricane Katrina. He returned to Dallas and worked with Uber until his passing.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents Ginger Edd of Dallas, Texas and Timothy Lewis of Spotsylvania, Va; one brother, Donavan T. Edd; one nephew, Daviyon T. Edd; grandmother Beatrice Lewis of Spotsylvania, Va; three uncles; four aunts and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. You could always find T.C. on Facebook and Snap Chat kicking it, as he would say, with his four devoted cousins, Roger Tyler, Mallory Woodson, Megan and Candace Foxx.
He is preceded in death by his fraternal grandfather, John C. Lewis of Spotsylvania, Va.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. When someone we love dies, it’s natural to want to see that person again. Many have found comfort in the Bible’s promise of a resurrection. Notice what John 5:28, 29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment."
God gives us such a meaningful hope to look forward to. And in the meantime he also promises us to comfort us in our trials if we go to him in prayer. 2 Cor 1:3 calls him the God of all comfort. I hope this was comforting to y'all. Please go to jw.org for more information. Have a nice day.
