Anthony departed this world on August 8, 2018 in Spotsylvania, County. He was the son of Anthony and Veronica Ellis of Fredericksburg, VA. He was preceded in death by his loving grandfathers Percell Ellis Sr. and Walter Watson, Great-grand Mother Cornell White.

Scoop loved the Dallas Cowboys, listening to country music, spending time with his family; especially with his cousins at his Aunt Lena’s house. He also loved the family pet, Bella whom he trained and spent a lot of time with. He was an ambitious hard worker, he enjoyed working with his hands repairing and riding dirt bikes, scooters, and 4-wheelers.

He leaves to cherish his memory to his loving and devoted parents Anthony and Veronica Ellis; three loving devoted sisters Taniqua Perrin, Atlanta, GA; Antanasia Ellis Brandon, FL; Asyhra Ellis, Fredericksburg, VA; four brothers Zamar Ellis, Fredericksburg, VA; Bruce Johnson, Washington, D.C; Anthony Holmes (Fennetta) Stafford, VA; Johnathan Holmes Sr., Spotsylvania, VA; two loving nieces Ariel and Melanie Holmes; one nephew Johnathan Holmes Jr.; his supportive grandmothers Thelma Watson and Deloris Ellis; five loving aunts Connie Perrin, Teresa Hiddleston, Spotsylvania, VA; Selena Perrin, Arnette Ellis, Fredericksburg, VA; Tammy Wheeler (Stacey), Fort Drum, NY; and three uncles Jesse Perrin, Stafford, VA; Percell Ellis Jr., Daytona, FL; Wendell Ellis, Fredericksburg, VA; and a host of cousins and friends.
