Yolanda Domenica Joseph began her journey on March 18, 1954, at St. John Episcopal Hospital in Brooklyn, NY to Cynthia Alethia Wilson and alter William Scott DuBois. Her eternal light life on November 25, 2020, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.

Yolanda grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She attended various colleges throughout her life and began her healthcare career as a phlebotomist. Ultimately, Yolanda felt she wanted to be more hands on and help people, which lead her being a Certified Nurses Assistant for more than 20 years.

Yolanda began her Christian walk when she was a child and started doing outreach ministry. She loved doing ministry work. She held bible study every Tuesday and Thursday and counseled those who were in need.

Yolanda had a love for children. It was known that if you needed a place to stay, her door was always open. She accepted everyone as a part of her family and had a very giving heart to help those in need, especially children but adults were not excluded.
