Towanda Diane Foster-Brooks known as Wanda, entered the world on February 16,1971 to Thomas Foster Jr.” June Bug” and the late Barbara Ann Foster.

She received Christ at an early age and joined Jericho Baptist Church. She attended Caroline County Public School. She was united in matrimony to Anthony B. Brooks April 10,1999. She work as a CNA for 25 plus years. She loved life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She Leaves to Cherish her Memory ,one son Ja’wan Foster ,one daughter Ju’Syia Foster both of Richmond VA; One brother Matthew Foster (Gloria); One sister Yolanda Hunter; Three nieces Jasmine, Tiffani and Bianca; Two Nephews Kelsey and Camron; One great niece O’shiana; Four great-nephews Anden, Rylan, Andrew and Kenell Four Aunts Charlene Johnson, Henrietta Rock(Larry) Ann Foster and Sharlene Anderson Three uncles Mack Wilbur Thomas (Doris), Melvin Howard, Henry Foster(Robin) . A host of devoted cousins, family, and friends. She was so loved that the list was too long to list her devoted friends.

Towanda is proceeded in death by her Mother Barbara Ann Foster; one brother Rickey Foster ; two nephews Matthew foster Jr and Ricky D’ivory “lil Ric” Hunter Four Aunts Antoinette Chapman, Gwendolyn Fuller, Christine Williams and Lucille Jones Four uncle’s Harold Foster, Emmitt Howard and Reginald Anderson and Herbert Foster.
