Steven A. Fox was born May 13, 1963 to Arlene V. and John W. Fox and passed away peacefully on November 7, 2020 in his home. He was born in Washington D.C. and moved to Bowling Green, VA in 2014.

Steve was physically challenged due to a muscular disability, but lived a very active and fruitful life. He graduated high school being tutored at home and received a standing ovation during his graduation ceremony for his accomplishments against all odds. Stevie enjoyed his life on his own terms. His last place of employment was as an administrative assistant at the Red Cross, where he retired. Stevie joined Jericho Baptist Church at a very young age.

He was briefly married to Corenia Isaacs and from that union they had a son, Christopher Steven Fox. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan, who loved to watch Redskins on Sunday and Monday nights. You could never challenge him on any topic, from sports to the game of Life, he was a MASTER debater, expert on all subjects (or so he thought). You had to concede to his opinion, if only because you were tired and he wouldn’t budge from his position, and he took that as a WIN.

He loved his precious Maxima, that was his baby. Stevie was preceded in death by his father, John (Fuzz) Fox, his BIG brother David Johnson and sister in law Elaine.

He leaves to mourn him, his only child, his pride and joy, Chris, his mother, his heart, Arlene V. Fox, 4 sisters, Valerie J. Fox, Gail D. Fox-Moore, Debora Fox Parker (Russell), Shelia A. Fox and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends. Stevie also leaves to mourn him, his devoted friend, confidant and beloved fiancée, Darlene Victorian. He was the youngest of six and loved and spoiled by all.
