My prayers are with you during this difficult time. I worked with Ophelia for many years at DMV, whenever I would see her at work, whatever we talked about, she would always ask about my sister Mary Catherine. Ophelia had such quiet and humble spirit and will be remembered fondly. Rest in peace Ophelia
