Oda Belle was born on March 14, 1933 to the late Alease and Washington Jones of Hanover County Virginia. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband Leroy Jenkins.

Oda Belle Jenkins was educated through the Hanover County Public School System. After school she moved to Silver Springs Maryland. Many years later she moved back to Ashland Virginia. Oda Belle Jenkins joined Providence Baptist Church. She was a caregiver for over 40 years. She loved her Redskins and was a coin collector.

To cherish her memories, she leaves her loving sister Joyce Latney, one stepdaughter Mrs. Maxine Fleming (Barry), one stepson Skip Jenkins, goddaughter Marquita Wright, devoted niece Diane Latney, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
