Nannie C Watson departed this life May 11, 2022 at the Carriage Hill Rehab and Nursing home in Spotsylvania Va. She slipped into enteral rest with her daughter Sarah E Mills by her side.

Nannie was born in Prince Edward County Virginia to the late Isaac and Sarah Mitchell Couch. At an early age Nannie accepted Christ and join church. Nannie and her mother were faithful and hard worker in the church up until they moved to Fredericksburg in 1960.

It was in the year of 1960 that Nannie George Watson, and the two later got married. To this union two children were born Sarah Watson and Sedonia Watson.

Nannie loved to smile, which was evident by the glowing smile that she always had on her face. Nannie friendly personality allowed her to show love to everyone she came in contact with. Nannie took great pleasure working in her garden with her husband George.

Nannie was preceded in death by her daughter Sedonia Watson her three bothers Lee Roy Couch, Ervin Couch, and Clyde Couch, one sister Fannie Newman, one sister-in-law Sally Ann Couch-Robertson. Nannie is leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Sarah Mills of Fredericksburg, her God-daughter Melissa Lewis also of Fredericksburg, a devoted nephew Isaac Couch of Baltimore Md. and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, other relatives and friends.
