Michael Anthony Edwards was born on February 3, 1961 to the late Virgil and Lillian Edwards. He entered into eternal rest suddenly on April 2, 2022. He attended the Richmond Public Schools and held various jobs throughout the years.
Michael joined Oak Grove Baptist Church at an early age. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and we could count on him for a good laugh. Michael was a car enthusiast. You would always see him in a nice clean ride. Cadillacs to be more specific.
Michael was preceded in death by his mother and father Virgil and Lillian Edwards Sr., Brother, Virgil Edwards Jr, Sister, Dorothy Thomas, Stepson, Horace (Maine) Brown and nephew Marvin Johnson Jr.
Michael leaves to cherish his memories: Devoted sister Julia Johnson (Marvin), Wife Catherine Edwards, Children Peshawn and Jabbar Graves, Virgil Edwards, Michael Edwards Jr and Perstephanie Edwards. Stepchildren, Thomeshea and Ebony Brown and LaToya Brown-Minns. Ten Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren, Two Nieces Jade Harvey and Monique Brown. Devoted Cousins Steve, Emmett and Gary Wilkerson. A host of other relatives and friends.
