Michael Anthony Brown Sr. was born June 15, 1963, in Montpelier Va. He departed this life suddenly on May 10, 2024, in Henrico, Va. He will join family who are now at sunset, including his mother, Eleanor Brown Clark; (Grandmother) Ethel B. Clark, Uncle Ulel (Bun) Brown, (Uncle) Richard “Skinner” Brown, (Great-Aunt) Anniemae Robinson, and (Brother)Toney Alvin Clark. 

As a young adult, Michael resided in Montpelier, Virginia with the support of his grandmother. There he attended Patrick Henry High School. Later he moved to Henrico where he would finish the duration of his life. Michael, affectionately known as “Big Mike” was one of a kind. His charm, sense of humor, and impactful personality left a lasting impression on many. His sly remarks and witty comebacks kept you on your toes. He loved to dance and knew how to keep the party going. His infectious smile and angelic laugh were contagious. Michael was a family man who loved his children and grandchildren very much    In his spare time, you could find Mike enjoying time with his friends, watching the Dallas Cowboys, or going for a drive with, loved ones and an ice-cold “drink”. Cars however were his real passion. At a young age his passion for cars grew and this was his foundation in starting a car detailing entrepreneur endeavor .

Later he pursued a career in auto mechanics. He dedicated countless hours tohis love for auto repair and reconditioning cars. His pride and joy, a 1996Pontiac Bonneville he named  “Ghost”. You could hear his speakers blaring an old-school jam from a distance.  Up until his time of departure, he lived with his love Helen and her family. Building a forever bond with the new editions to his family. Michael was a hard-working man who was cherished by many. He loved unconditionally and he created memories to last a lifetime.       

He leaves to cherish his memory (Son) Michael A. Brown Jr. and (Daughter) Michel’le Antionette Bailey. (Granddaughter) Yarnai Brown and (Grandson) Jayvian Bailey.(Sisters) Wendy Trice, Cynthia Brown” Tanga”, and Vickie Clarke. (Nieces) Shari Brown and Tonishia Cannon. (Nephews) Anthony “George” Clark, Jonathan Brown, and Dexter Clarke. (Aunt) Lillian Brown. Devoted friends  Helen, Ashley, and Latrice Mealey. (Nephew)William “Meatball” Brown, (Cousin) Peter “Pete” Clark,  and dear friends Mr. Banks and Spoon. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
