Mary W. Brown loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and great great great grandmother transitioned from time to eternity on April 29,2020.

She was born to the late William and Mollie Nixon on July 2,1920. As a child she was a member of Ebenzer Baptist Church in Beaverdamn,VA. She joined Abner Baptist Church in her early adult life. Upon her relocation to Philadelphia she was a watch care member with Mt Moriah Baptist Church, where she served on the Usher Board for over 50 years.

She was proceeded in death by her late husband James Brown and sons William and Herbert White.

She leaves to cherish in her memory, daughter’s Mary(Foster) Moore, Delois(Herman) Green. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and great great great children as well as a host of other relative & friends.

Grandma was feisty and sassy, her many stories will continue to bring smiles to our faces and warm our hearts.
