Julia Kivette (Frager) Page peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on January 15, 2022. Julia was born on September 2, 1972 in Washington, DC, to the late Kershaw and Joyce Frager (Starkey). She was affectionately known as “Ju” or “Ju Ju” to her family and friends.
Julia was educated in the District of Columbia Public School System and graduated from Central High School in Capitol Heights, MD. After graduating from high school, she took a break before seeking higher education where she attended the University of the District of Columbia, and later Princes George’s Community College. She worked as an Office Manager for Dr. James Oliver, a cardiologist, until his retirement in 2014. In July 2019, Julia joined the Fresenius Kidney Care team in Rockville, MD where she worked as an Administrative Assistant. Julia was passionate about her jobs and developed great relationships with her employers, peers, as well as patients and their families.
At an early age, she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at Peace Baptist Church in Washington, DC. Julia joined Ridgely Ministries in 2017 where she was an active member and served on the Creative Arts, Marriage, and Women’s Ministries. She faithfully served in the Spirit of Excellence that would please and glorify God.
Julia truly loved the Lord and knew without a doubt that HE was her source of strength. She was a humble being and a virtuous woman. She had a sweet and loving heart that was filled with gold and a willingness to serve those in need. She had a radiant smile and a genuine love for others that was demonstrated effortlessly by her actions to family and friends. Julia was a blessing to all who crossed her path. Her legacy of love, kindness, and serving others will live on in our memory and hearts forever.
Julia was a loving wife, sister, niece, aunt, great aunt, and friend. She was loved by many and a friend to everyone that she encountered, she was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed, which were just a couple of her strongest attributes. She made a difference and lasting impression in the lives of those she came in contact with whether they were saved or unsaved souls.
On March 16, 2002, Julia married her high school “Sweetheart” Kevin Page. Julia and Kevin (aka “BAE”) were like two “old souls” who were deeply in love with each other and served the Lord together as one. Julia leaves to cherish her memories and is survived by Kevin W. Page; one sister LaWanda Frager; two brothers Kershaw “Lanny” Frager and Eric Blakey (Angela); one brother-in-law Sherwood Page (Nicole); father and mother-in-law William and Annette Page; four nieces Brittany, Nina, Solana, and Kali; two nephews Keyonte and Kejuan; four great nieces (her babies) Rhyne, Kayden.
