Mr. Jesse F. Scott Jr. of Richmond, Virginia received his heavenly call on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the age of 57. He was born to the late Jesse F. Scott Sr. and Virgie Norman Scott on January 22, 1963.

Jesse receive his education in Middlesex County Public Schools System. At an early age he excepted Christ and became a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Saluda VA. He later joined Mangohick Baptist Church, King William County VA, but recently started transitioning to become a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Centercross VA.

Jesse was a dedicated employee for many years at the following companies; Americast, Diary Pak, Richmond Times Dispatch and Vitamin Shoppe.

Jesse had a joy for cooking, and he loved to bake. His specialty was his pies and cakes for all to enjoy. He had a love for his family, friends but above all he loved his children. He was a special person with a big heart.

Jesse was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Scott and sister Gloria Ann Scott Paige.

Jesse leaves to cherish his memory; son Tevin Scott of Richmond VA, daughter Jesscia Scott of Ashland VA, stepdaughter Shaneka Anderson of Ashland VA, granddaughter Sophia Scott, step-grandchildren Jabari Anderson, Shamaya Anderson and Nykeem Holloway, brother Jeffrey Scott (Yolanda) of Middlesex VA, sister Karen Redmond of West Point VA, brother-in-law Charlie Paige Jr., devoted sister-in-law Loran Scott Brown, nieces Jessica Scott, Tanesha Scott and Nicole Davis, nephews Daquan Paige, Terrance and Donnell Redmond, devoted friend Shannon Anderson; a host of other relatives, cousins and friends.

Jesse was also a diehard San Francisco 49ers fan. You would often see him dressed in here 49ers gear, supporting his favorite team.
