On July 15, 1979, Linwood White and Alfreda Berkley were blessed with the gift of a precious son, Jemario D’Antonio Robinson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Beatrice and William Penn, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Linwood White, Sr.
Jemario, also known as “Rome” to some and “Geronimo” to others, grew up in Richmond, Virginia and attended Richmond Public Schools. He was always determined to accomplish whatever he set his mind to and always succeeded. Regardless of life’s challenges he experienced throughout his young life, he never gave up. He decided at the age of 38 that he wanted to become a CDL truck driver. He took the necessary steps required and obtained his CDL in record time and mastered his skill. Jemario was a unique, fun-loving, Godfearing, and respectful man. A man of many talents anointed by God. Jemario had a heart of pure gold. He was an amazing husband, awesome father, and a dedicated friend. He loved hard and worked even harder.
In 2012, Jemario met the love of his life, Alicia Hill, and on June 30, 2018, they were joined in Holy matrimony…a bond no one could break. They were truly a match made in heaven. Jemario loved and adored his wife and from this union came Hezekiah, whom he loved and cherished.
Jemario leaves to cherish and carry on his love, his devoted wife, Alicia Robinson; three sons, Jemario Robinson, Jr., Kristopher Robinson, and Hezekiah Robinson; one Stepdaughter, Montrece Hill; three stepsons, Kevin Hill, Bernardo White, Jr., and Jalèel White; mother, Alfreda Berkley (Lester); father, Linwood White (Pam); five brothers, Linwood White, Jr. (Charity), Dante Waters, Andrae White, Terrell Robinson, and Latif Robinson; three sisters, Sabrina White, Latasha White, and Tiffani Anderson (Michael); three grandchildren, Alexis White, Davon White, and Kobe White; Mother-in-law, Fannie Hill (whom he affectionally called “Momma”), Momma Pearl Glenn; three sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, uncles, aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
