James De’Andre Thomas (AKA Fatz) was born on March 8, 1981 to Sharon D. Thomas and the late Victor Cousins. He is proceded in death by his grandma Doris Thomas, grandpa Marcellus Thomas, father Victor Cousins Sr., his brother Victor Cousins Jr., uncles Deon Thomas and Bernard Tyler and his son Dashawn Thomas. He departed this life on April 25, 2021 at 9:45pm at his home.

James was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist church in Glen Allen, Va.
He leaves to cherish his memories (5) kids, two sons Jamir, and Jahki Thomas, three daughters Tynaeja, Nevaeh, and Andreas Thomas. One sister Cynthia Cousins. Six brothers Brian Thomas, Lorenzo Thomas, Kenneth (Karen) Cousins, Anthony (Kizzi) Henderson, Steve Cousins, and Malcolm Cousins. Six uncles Eugene, Theodore, Dallas, Leon, Brian, and Cornelius. Four aunts Edith, Estelle, Jeanette, and Beatrice. Thirteen nieces, Thirteen nephews, a devoted girlfriend Keisha Davis, best friends Peter, Marvin, Tycara, Shaunte, and a host of other relatives and friends.
