My heart and prayers goes out to the family as Glenda was truly a wonderful person. We spend many days walking the halls of Virginia Union and graduating without knowing what the future hold for us. Spread your wings Glenda as God has placed you by his side.

My condolences to the family of my line sister, Soror Glenda Allen Brown. She will be sorely missed. I have fond memories of our college days at Virginia Union University when we became sisters of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. I was saddened to hear about her loss. Someone who shared so much life and joy will always be a part of those she touched. Bonds like these last forever. Rest in power.

When I first met Glenda . She wore a lovely smile on her face and her personality and mannerism was second to none. She was always very friendly and made me feel welcomed when I would visit her home. We would talk and I would always leave in good spirit I met Glenda at an early age and I knew that whatever she chose to do in life that she would be very successful and more. Glenda I will always have you in thoughts. Rest in peace . n
