Hello Family, expressing my deepest condolences to the family of Mr. White. I had the privilege of working with Mr. White at the City of Richmond and he always talked about his family, and much family meant to him. Mr white would always ask me to pray and to keep his family in mind. Mr. White will be truly missed at work and from those who knew him best.
