Deborah M. Montgomery, affectionately known as Redd” was born on January 26, 1964 to Burnett Williams and Thelma Montgomery of Burkeville, Virginia. Deborah departed this life in her home on July 26, 2021 in Glen Allen, Va.

Deborah attended Yielding Zion Baptist church with the accompaniment of her brothers and sisters until she moved to the Ashland area. She later joined Jericho Baptist Church in Ruther Glen, Va. Deborah was dedicated and she came in willing to work. She was an active member of the Food Pantry and readily helped wherever there was a need.

Deborah graduated from Patrick Henry High School in Hanover, Virginia. She held various positions until her health required her to retire.

Her father Burnett Williams, her mother Thelma Montgomery, two brothers, Joseph and Wesley and two sisters, Linda and Norma, preceded Deborah in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory four brothers James, Burnett, Jr, Lionel and Milton; Four sisters, Cora, Betty, Josephine (Larry) and Laverne; Many nieces and Nephews; One special niece Joyce (Jodie) Coleman and one very special friend Anna (Nece) Thomas; and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends
