Cat and my paths ran parallel and seem to cross at family funerals where we then caught up with what had gone on since the last time we saw each other. The last time we saw each other was Cousin Mabel’s funeral. What really touch me (and not a surprise) was the respect she showed her great-aunt(my mom) Ada. While we were lining up to go into the church, out of respect to Cat I asked her where in line she want mom to stand. She look right at mom and said i want her right beside me which brought tears to my mom eyes. I never forgot that. She continued the love and respect that her mom Mabel had for her great aunt. Cat I wish i our paths crossed more than it did. The times that we did spend together I got to know a wonderful, loving woman that loved her family and did what she could for them. With all our hearts we are gonna miss you. What we are glad about though is that we loved each other and I do have pictures of all of us together. To your kids (my cuz and mom great-great niece/nephews) — know that we love you and pray that we will one day spend time together. Be blessed and love from cousins: Arethia and Rodney and our kids and grandkids and your Great-great aunt Ada
