He grew up and attended school in Hanover, Virginia. Carlton accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of the Abner Baptist Church. Carlton leaves to cherish his memories, his devoted and loving wife Tina Robinson, loyal and faithful son C. O. Robinson, granddaughter Tityana Robinson, sister Rosetta Jones, brothers James (Sandra) and Ellis (Aqua) Robinson, devoted Aunt Maude Alice Jones, Aunt Elsie Roberts, Godchildren Krystal Winston & Donald Jonathan III, devoted cousin Sam Robinson, loyal friends Jerome & Donna Hughes, caregiver Serena Wilkerson. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
