Bridgette McClam Johnson was called home to glory on the morning of April 28, 2017 surrounded by her loving family after a long fight with breast cancer. She was born March 16, 1981 to the late Joyce Benjamin McClam and Terry Thomas. Bridgette entered into matrimony with Mitchell Johnson on October 30, 2001. From their union three beautiful daughters were born: Briana, McKenzie and Madisyn. Bridgette loved her family immensely. Her desire to see her daughters grow fueled her will to fight against cancer.

Bridgette was a bright, bold and boisterous soul to all that knew her. She loved to express herself through writing. She enjoyed working as a freelance writer for several magazines in recent years. She also used her writing to leave memories for her daughters to cherish for years to come.
